Description:The objective is to migrate existing insurance user application to a new platform and introduce integration to integrate legacy system along with Salesforce. Existing legacy systems hold different persona’s details e.g., user details, associated product details, etc. on the MDM system. MuleSoft Integration Objective: MuleSoft Integration enables the integration of existing user portal to legacy system in order to manage user data along with CRM integration for insurance-specific details. Integration Touchpoints: MDM, Salesforce, Amazon S3, AWS SNS, and SQS Queue/Topic. MuleSoft Connector: Salesforce Connector to integrate with Salesforce CRM, HTTP Request connector to integrate REST APIs, Web Service Consumer Connector to integrate Legacy System, Amazon S3 Connector to integration AWS S3 bucket, AWS SNS/SQS connector to integrate SNS Topic and SQS Queue. MuleSoft Integration Pattern: Aggregation pattern – As all systems are part of the organization, the aggregation pattern is used to aggregate data from different system specific to the use case and store in the target system.
